Applications :  Soluble drawing oil especially composed for medium to heavy drawing operations. This product derives its effectiveness from non chlorinated additives. It is developed to replace chlorinated emulsions. It is meta-stable and easy to maintain. The residue gives good corrosion protection and is easy to clean. Prepared in demineralized water. Soft water is possible, but water should be free of Chlorine and other corrosive ions. Can be used in circulating systems (transfer presses) or as direct spray. Can be used from 5 up to 20% or neat. Good mixing is needed before use. In circulating systems the system should keep moving.

Fluid Maintenance : Good mixing prior to use is needed. Emulsion will show some cream when standing, but is easy to remulsify. Constant circulation is recommended, also to increase life of the system. Detailed instruction is available at the Quaker representative.

Storage/Packaging : Quaker Chemical can supply this quality product in drums, in containers and in bulk. Other packages can be made available by Quaker Chemical or by distributors upon request. As with all metalworking products, QUAKERDRAW® 73 BIO should be stored in dry conditions and protected from extreme temperatures: 4 40°C is the recommended storage temperature. QUAKERDRAW® 73 BIO is unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when used as recommended by Quaker. Good standards of personal and industrial hygiene are to be maintained by the user (see Material Safety Data Sheets).

CUT-MAX 280 C-18 is medium viscosity, chlorinated neat cutting oil. A combination of polar additives with chlorine gives high load carrying properties and good surface finish to the machined workpieces.

Garia 404 M-10 is a neat cutting oil for machining high alloyed steels, aluminum and magnesium alloys. Garia 404 M-10 is chlorine free, free of heavy metals and it has a low aromatic content. It contains a well balanced combination of polar, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives which gives the oil high load carrying properties. Due to its active sulfur content the oil may discolor yellow metals.
